Maryville University Site Build

In our first meeting, Maryville University expressed pain points regarding their existing online order management system for print, promo, and marketing products. After a speedy discovery phase, we decided to transition Maryville University from their previous eCommerce platform to a cleaner, feature-friendly, and responsive platform. During this ambitious, two-month timeline, I led and supported client engagements while effectively managing project scope, schedule, and resources.

I built seventeen variable products from scratch in Pageflex such as business cards, envelopes, letterheads, and notecards. As the project manager of over fifty static products, I delegated tasks to my team, prepared upload sheets with cost centers, added user groups, users, suppliers, price tables, production specs, static specs, and produced a training guide while adhering to Maryville's business logic, brand standard, and site structure.
